You must indicate your acceptance of the following to submit your entry: The Host City Contract has been read and we understand the bid process, including deadlines for all actions prior to the official bid actually being delivered. It is agreed that the NAGAAA Open Division, Inc. Board has the authority to decide if a bid from our organization will be allowed based on contractual compliance. We agree to submit the World Series bid fee by the deadline as defined in the Host City Contract. By submitting this form, we provide notification of intent to bid for the Gay Softball World Series. Deadline for submission is the NAGAAA Winter meetings. I have read and agree to these terms, and wish to submit my entry
